Like most of Internet savvy people I like to read reviews before service. My furnace recently went down temperature outside 18° when I called Reitz heating and air. They had a very busy schedule but service was fast was out within a few hours to diagnose what went wrong unfortunately my furnace was of an age where it wasn’t feasible to dump a bunch of money into it a.k.a. fan motor inducer motor went out not only was the price given to me very fair but the service was excellent. The installers were professional and cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend this business for any of your HVAC Needs. Please consider this establishment for your needs.

I always used Wright's when I lived in Illinois and was always very happy with their pricing and service. 7 years ago I moved to Fishers Indiana, and a couple of weeks ago, my 13 year old AC unit stopped working. I called a local HVAC dealer, Service Plus, and they quoted me $8566 for their cheapest LOW end 2 ton unit that ONLY had a 5 year warranty. I knew this sounded VERY high, so on a whim I called Wright's and Frank answered. I asked him what a new 2 ton AC unit should cost and was pleased and relieved to find out that a TEN (10) year warranty unit should ONLY cost $2000 including installation. I was even MORE relieved to find out that they would make the trip from Danville, IL over to Fishers, IN to install it for a meager $300 travel fee. Since this was about 1/4 the price that Service Plus quoted me for JUST an AC unit, I asked Wright's about getting a new furnace while I was at it. Frank had me text him some photos of my furnace and the inner panel so that they could make sure to match up the exact size and output of my current furnace. In the end, I got a brand new high efficiency 2 ton AC unit AND a new furnace, BOTH with a 10 year warranty, for only $5300, and that includes the $300 travel fee. That is over $3000 LESS than the local company, Service Plus, wanted for JUST a 2 ton AC unit with only a 5 year warranty! All said and done, Wright's replaced both my AC and furnace in less than 4 hours. Wright's is hands down the best HVAC company I've ever dealt with, and the owner, Frank Wright, is the nicest and most honest person you could ever hope to meet. 5 stars all the way!!! Thanks again!!

About a year ago, my air completely kicked out on me. It was dead. I knew that I was going to have to bite the bullet and purchase a new system. I called Frank, and in just a few days had my new system and was cooling off in the middle of the summer. Today, my air wasn't working in the morning, so I called to see if someone could come look at it. Of course, Frank answered, he keeps his word there, and he had someone come out before the end of the day. They guy showed up, knew exactly what to look for... Like seriously... he told me, after I shared the symptoms, it would be one of two things... and it was. He had everything fixed and ready to go in almost no time. (I think his name was Rob.) He was super helpful and obviously knowledgeable. I have no problem recommending Wright's for any of your indoor climate needs.
